Terms of service

Please only commission if you can agree with my TOS. If otherwise, please do not commission me.

✦ General

• I am currently only doing skeb style/surprise me comms where I will be given creative freedom. There will be no revisions and little to no communication.
• I have the rights to decline and cancel a commission. (with refunds)
• I have the rights to post the artwork.
• You must provide me with a reference of your character.
• You may provide a brief description of the desired mood/overall vibe of the artwork. The final results is based on my artistc interpretation.
• I will only allow minor tweaks once delivered.
• Personal use/display only (pfp, banner)
• Please give credit and ask me if you plan to post the artwork on your socials.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.

✦ Payment

• 100% upfront payment.
• No refunds after I received the payment.
• I only accept refunds if I exceed the guaranteed delivery timeframe or if I cancel your commission.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

✦ Turnaround time

• Time may vary, but an artwork usually takes
1-6 weeks. Your artwork is guaranteed to be completed in that timeframe. Please be patient and do not expect your commission to be completed immediately.
